Balance Brewing & Blending Birthday Blend 2025 Style_Cider and a whisper of cardamomThis blend, created by everyone that came to the blending session on our birthday weekend in June 2025, is a complex amalgamation of five barrels which used a high proportion of amber saison. This has brought nuanced layers of complexity comprising subtle golden syrup and bready malt as a counterpoint to the acidity and funky aged hop character and earthy minerality. It finishes with orange pith, soft bitterness and fruity funk.
