A limited edition for 2017, 'Renegade Barrel No. 2' is made with Pierre Ferrand Cognac that's first aged in oak barrels and then matured in a barrel made from the wood of chestnut tree. Surprisingly, the practice of using chestnut barrels for cognac has been neglected
