On the palate, the wine exhibits notes of stone fruit, pear, and honey intermingled with vanilla, caramel, and a hint of cinnamon. Barrel fermented and aged sur lie, the wine is nicely weighted with a rich mid palate and bright acidity that carries through to the finish.
