The aromas that surround the nose recount aromatic notes, from which emerge touches of pink grapefruit, capers, peach and ripe pear. On the palate it has a light, thin and delicate body, with a sip from which emerges a light sapid vein. Ideal to serve with appetizers and white meats, it is perfect to accompany risottos, fish and shellfish dishes.
