It is Domaine Ciringa's flagship, a single cask selection bottled only in years when the wine earns it. The first vintage was 2015, which sat 66 months on its lees before bottling; 2018 is only the second release. Everything is done the slow way here, on a steep hill above the Slovenian Austrian border: organic and
