flowers and minerality plus its modest alcohol content

25% syrah and 5% each of cinsault and mourvedre

spices and a delicate almond note are flanked by velvety tannins

and hints of toasty oak

This wine is equal parts juicy sweetness and champagne level dryness with creamy bubbles. Excellent sparkling wine on par with most of the champagne I've had recently.
