This top is tongue and grooved for a strong and water-proof flat top

If you plan to feed from the top of your hive you will need to replace this cover during feeding with a flat top or just may choose to use our new Rear Feeder

5 Frame Hive Conversion Rack Feeder Our commercial Jnuc box isA Top Bar Hive can be started with package bees but what do you do when the season has past? We here at Hivesandmore. com have developed a simple rack that holds 5 Langstroth frames neatly in our Top Bar Hives. The rack replaces about 14 Top Bars until the colony builds out the remaining bars. Once they have filled out the Top Bars you can remove the 5 frames, leaving the bees and their queen behind. The frames can be returned to the Langstroth style
