Waterstone Pinot Noir 2015 Bottle:12 Master Distiller John Lunn selectsBlack raspberry, spiced oak, sweet tobacco, bitter orange, and cocoa. Silky tannins, bright cherry, and juicy pomegranate persist in a long finish. The grapes for this Pinot Noir were handpicked. After destemming, the grapes were whole berry fermented in open top fermenters, which were punched down manually to provide maximum flavor and minimum harsh tannins. The resulting wine is showing great balance and intensity of flavor.
