Five species, four portions of each, chosen daily from what has landed best and is at its peak. Contents vary with the season and daily landings. Expect a balanced mix of species such as pollack, haddock, hake, plaice, monkfish, lemon sole, john dory, mackerel, huss, red mullet, whiting or pouting. There will always be five different
