Rare Ostrich Pink Feather and Tortoiseshell Fan 60s are based on the SirA vintage hand held Ostrich Feather Fan, attributed to the Art Deco era circa 1915 1941. The feathers are dyed pink and the fan handle sticks are likely made from celluloid in tortoiseshell colouring. We are unsure of the origins of this exotic burlesque fan, but it exudes charms of the Moulin Rouge era. There is a handle where a ribbon would have been attached to.
