In the mouth, the wine shows ample flavors of mandarin oranges, lemon curd, toasted marshmallow and a hint of brown sugar, with a well balanced acidity that gives the wine a youthful freshness. A clear and buoyant note of cinnamon persists throughout the lengthy finish.
