This Pinot Noir is 100% destemmed and sourced from vines averaging 35 years, which are planted to calcareous and deep soils on Argovian marls. The wine itself is bright and vibrant, this opens to pretty aromas of cherries and red berries which are followed by spices, dried rose petals, dried soil, minerals and a subtle hint of tar. On the palate this shows wonderful
