Ode to Lulu is named for Lulu Peyraud of Domaine Tempier, and it shows: a Mourvedre led rose built from century old Contra Costa and Sonoma vines, made with the precision and delicacy of a serious Bandol rather than a poolside afterthought. This is rose with grip and gravitas, dry and savory and built for the table.
