The peel comes from Natoora in London, who squeeze an incredible amount of oranges to supply fresh juice to most of London. They process the peel into small pieces, before pairing them with the browned butter milk chocolate. The chocolate is made using cocoa beans from Oko Caribe in the Dominican Republic.
