Organic (certification expected in 2025). Limited tilling, no herbicides, organic composts, and meticulous pruning, thinning and canopy management. Separate vinification of villages, varieties, parcels, 25% 40% reserve wine. Primary aging 92% in tanks and 8% in barrels, partial malolactic
