1995 Ronchi di Cialla Ciallarosso Tiefenbrunner pastries and pies with redCiallarosso is a traditional blend of Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso and Schioppettino, it wonderfully combines the structure of Refosco and elegance of Schioppettino. A powerful but elegant wine suitable for excellent aging thanks to its tannins and acidity. It is perfect with white and red meats, and vegetable based dishes. The 1995 is a vintage with intermediate characteristics, and therefore a very classic and balanced wine.
