Caf de olla is usually a simple recipe of coffee brewed in boiling water in a clay or enamelware pot placed directly on the stove, then sweetened with raw sugar and spiced with cinnamon. For our own unique twist, we use light roasted coffee grown by Jose Lus on his ranch in the Sierra
