It gives us classic regional characteristics of grapefruit and white peach with subtle cashew notes from its time spent in the barrel on yeast lees. It gives intense flavour and delivers a delicate texture to the mid palate with some chalkiness and mineral acidity. This chardonnay spends 9 months in Oak barrels.
