Franck Grux vinifies all the elements separately, blending post malolactic. Rich and textured, with fine acidity to balance. Full and round on the palate with mineral, spicy and nutty notes. A dashing and amiable wine. Ideal with terrines of small vegetables, and some cheeses such as goat cheese and Gruyre.
