Composed of Grenache, Syrah and Mourvdre, it reflects these different grape varieties and the soil that produces them. The soils are mainly clay hillsides, giving the wines a deep and graceful texture. The old Grenache vines, planted on calcareous sandstone bring more tension while the Mourvdre,
