It acts as a central hub rather than trying to use multiple point to point extenders. One HDMI source connects to the XTND Splitter, which then sends the same 4K signal to four remote TVs over Cat6 cable, plus one local HDMI display. All screens remain perfectly synchronised, with no lag or quality reduction, even at
