Inzalo French Oak Agave Spirit Bowmore Palate: Mouth-filling and ultra-smooth inDESCRIPTION A limited single barrel release from Inzalo, a South African agave spirit produced in the Klein Karoo from wild red agave. Rested in a newly refurbished French oak wine barrel with a medium toast profile, using a dual fill technique: a first fill at 64% to maximise oak character and flavour extraction, then a second fill at 55% to soften the spirit and layer in additional complexity. The two fills were blended in equal parts and bottled at
