The boys wear military uniforms (they were likely expected to enslist and were also given military education), while the girls wear traditional sailor fuku school uniforms. The teachers all wear suits. They are posed in front of the Nandaimon Gate outside of the famous Todaiji Temple in Nara Prefecture. Sepia
