Familie Saahs Nikolaihof Riesling 2021 Wachau Austria Bodegas La Cigarrera Unique minerality and salinity onSilvery gold in color, clear and bright. The nose has slight apple with some peaches along with a nice minerality. Good acidity. Nice texture. One of those wines that seems like it will have some sweetness but is in fact, dry to the taste. On the palate, a bit of grapefruits and a bunch of peaches and minerality. Light bodied but with plenty or energy. It drinks easily. Delicious. This needs a few more years to full maturity, but is still nice now.
