Crafted from old vine Portuguese grape varietals, Touriga Nacional (80%), Tinta Barocca (10%), Souzao (5%) and Touriga Franca (5%). Hand harvested at optimal ripeness and fermented in lagars with intense manual pigeage to extract optimal flavour, colour and tannins prior to fortification with wine spirit. Matured for 12 months
