"Sting Rays at Hampton Roads" Frame Option:Framed Louis on Labor Day ofSting Rays at Hampton Roads was created as the Official Art for the 2013 NCRS Convention in Hampton Roads, Virginia. The Silver Blue convertible and Riverside Red coupe were owned by Walt Bender, and I chose to park them in front of the tents at the entrance to the Hampton Roads Convention Center.
