I would be inclined to drink the ’04 Corton over the first 10 years of its life (even though it will survive much longer) as I’m not sure that the fruit will ultimately outlast the structure

Medium to deep garnet in color with a touch of brick

with refreshing acidity and a beautiful transparency

It is less remarkable overall
