Loch Lomond Cooper's Collection Cachaca Matured for 30 years beforeDESCRIPTION This single grain whisky is the first in a series of annual limited releases from the Cooper's Collection Cask Finish series from Master Blender, Michael Henry. Distilled using 100% malted barley in Loch Lomond's continuous "coffey" still, this limited release has married predominantly 7 year old whisky with a small portion of 12 year old, matured exclusively in first fill ex bourbon casks and finished for 6 months in handcrafted Mizunara
