serenata by enrico toselli 1 physical (printed) Lip VibrationSerenata Rimpianto Op. 6, No. 1 (a Serenade of regret) is the full name Toselli assigned to his, no doubt, most famous work. It is, however, mostly referred to as the Serenata or Tosellis Serenade. Toselli wrote this piece in 1900, at the age of seventeen and dedicated it to his friend Giuseppe Bellesi. This piece works just beautifully on the euphonium and audiences really appreciate hearing this special Italian belcanto song.
