Workouts 1 & 2 combine arm and leg movements that help with coordination, and mobility while helping with circulation. These are fun and gentle cardio workouts. In workout number 3 we add water bottle weights (or hand weights) to condition the upper body. Video 1: Works your arms, legs and core muscles. Simple combinations that are easy to learn. They will
