As the first hints of light appeared I was halfway up Bear Lake Road and realized I would be stuck in the clouds

and were upset there was not an animal in the scene

I became fascinated by the detailed ceilings in some of the cathedrals which I visited

This all is dependent on not only the position of the ice in the glacier but also how it was formed

the light from the airport illuminates the bottoms to provide contrast

Fall Afternoon in Denver Size:16"x20" As the first hints ofOn a fall afternoon in Denver I headed out to City Park to photograph at sunset. Being just past the autumnal equinox the light was still behind the city skyline as I waited for sunset. Taking advantage of this afternoon light I composed by scene and let the light flow into the background which provided a source to backlight the city as well as the trees within the park.
