Meikle Toir 5 Year Old Chinquapin One Laphroaig Finish: Soft and lingeringDESCRIPTION A permanent expression from GlenAllachie in Speyside, first released in 2023 as part of Meikle Tir meaning "big pursuit" in Gaelic the distillery's peated whisky range under master distiller Billy Walker. Made with mainland peat from St. Fergus, on the northeast coast of Scotland, to a phenol level of 35 ppm, and fermented for 160 hours for a fruit forward spirit. Matured for 5 years in American oak ex bourbon barrels before finishing in
