This dram has a delicious creamy nature, showcasing prominent notes of budding gorse, custard creams, heather honey and stroopwafels to name a few. Nose: Creamy. Hay, custard creams, budding gorse. Flavor: Heather honey, dry embers, golden syrup, nougat. Finish: Pineapple juice, stroopwafels, rock salt, oatcakes.
