There was plenty of activity on the Wynkoop side of the building as well which I found with the scaffolding

In this area I spent close to an hour just photographing the section of road using different perspectives to tell the story of the area

Looking down at the road with my headlamp on I found an opening in the fencing and positioned my camera for some longer exposures in the area

I sat and watched as the waves of the ocean pushed up on the rocks and then as the water cascaded back into the ocean like a waterfall

I have used this perspective in the past couple of years to capture the change of seasons as well as the morning light against the Rocky Mountains

One of the effects of this is the change in the tide levels in Juneau with at times the next few days swings of 25 feet between high and low tide in the area.
