Part of the grapes were fermented in steel tanks while others were fermented and refined in oak barrels. During the aging of about eight months, the wine has been constantly subjected to "btonnage" to favor the dissolution of the yeast. Subsequently, after mixing the wine from the tanks with that of the barriques and a
