Omnipollo - Cake absinthe This edition received additions ofFresh Craft Beer from Our Bottle Shop and Taproom: CAKE is our new series of ultra packed pastry stouts brewed at the Church and barrel aged in our facility. For the debut release, we chose our favorite adjuncts: coconut and peanut. We utilized several different versions of coconut to layer the aroma and flavor, creating what we consider the conclusion of everything weve learned about making pastry forward beers. It is simply, and purely, Cake. Max 1
