Rich, vinous, gastronomic Champagne par excellence. 50 50 Chardy Pinot taken from the domaine's ten plots, 40% vinified in Burg barrels and the remainder in stainless. The name is a nod to the cuve symbolising the launch of the estate, and what an estate it is. Incredibly precise, pure
