Released sporadically throughout the year, just as soon as we deem the barrels ripe for the picking, these beers will be one off creations never to be replicated again. Undoubtedly the spookiest Barn Owl to date, this blend of dark sour ales spent between 2 and 3 years locked away in barrels. Upon emerging from it's wooden
