Every order is cut, packed and handed to the carrier within 48 hours (Mon–Fri) from our workshop in Poland. You receive a confirmation email when it ships.
Europe: 3–6 business days after dispatch. Rest of the world: 6–14 business days after dispatch. Occasional customs checks can add a few days outside Europe.
Worldwide standard shipping: £2.00 — free on orders over £35. Tracked shipping: £4.50, with the tracking number emailed to you automatically.
We ship to 100+ countries and support 24+ currencies at checkout. If your country is not listed at checkout, message us and we will sort it out.
Request a return within 30 days of delivery and send the unused decal back in its original packaging. We refund the full product price once it reaches us. Return postage is paid by the buyer.
Arrived damaged, misprinted — or the application went wrong on your first try? Send us a photo and we re-cut and re-send for free. No need to return anything.
Made-to-order designs (your name, callsign or artwork) can't be returned for a change of mind — but the free re-cut guarantee for damaged or faulty items always applies.
We answer every return request within 1 business day. Refunds reach your original payment method (via Stripe) within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return or approving the claim. Replacement decals are dispatched within 48 hours of approval.
Nothing on this page limits your statutory rights. EU & UK consumers may withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason (excluding personalized goods), in line with the Consumer Rights Directive / Consumer Contracts Regulations. Our 30-day window is more generous and also runs from the day of delivery.
